The terms governing your use of this website and any engagement of Wawasan Partners' consulting services.
Last updated: 1 January 2025
By accessing this website or engaging the services of Wawasan Partners Sdn Bhd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors to this website and to all clients who enter into a consulting engagement with us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Wawasan Partners Sdn Bhd ("Wawasan Partners", "we", "us", or "our"). By using this website or engaging our consulting services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Where you engage our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use this website in any way that violates applicable Malaysian or international law
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, or spam
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its underlying systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract content from this website without prior written consent
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on this website without our permission
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this website at our discretion, without notice, where we believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is the intellectual property of Wawasan Partners Sdn Bhd or its licensors, and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.
Nothing on this website grants you any licence to use our intellectual property, trade marks, or content without our express written consent. You may print or download pages for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the content and retain all copyright notices.
Deliverables produced in the course of a consulting engagement are governed by the terms set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Where not otherwise agreed in writing, Wawasan Partners retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, and background intellectual property used in the course of an engagement.
5. Consulting Services
The provision of consulting services by Wawasan Partners is subject to a separate engagement agreement, proposal, or letter of appointment. These Terms apply in conjunction with any such agreement, except where they are expressly superseded.
Scope of Work
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be set out in writing prior to commencement. Any changes to scope agreed during an engagement should be confirmed in writing by both parties.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide Wawasan Partners with accurate, timely, and complete information necessary to deliver the agreed services. We cannot be responsible for the quality or accuracy of our work where it is based on information that is incomplete, incorrect, or withheld.
Nature of Advice
Our advisory work is intended to inform and support your decision-making. Recommendations contained in our deliverables reflect our professional judgement based on the information available at the time. Commercial outcomes are inherently uncertain, and our advice does not constitute a guarantee of any particular result.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees for consulting services are as stated in the applicable proposal or engagement agreement. Indicative fees displayed on this website are subject to confirmation and may vary based on the specific scope of work.
Payment terms will be set out in the engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. We reserve the right to pause work on an engagement where invoices remain outstanding beyond their due date.
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable goods and services tax, withholding tax, or similar obligations.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge that, in the course of an engagement, confidential information may be shared. Each party agrees to hold the other's confidential information in confidence and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
For the avoidance of doubt, "confidential information" does not include information that is publicly available through no breach of this obligation, or information that the receiving party can demonstrate was independently developed.
This obligation of confidentiality survives the conclusion of any engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wawasan Partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website or our services
- Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill
- Decisions made by you or your organisation in reliance on our advisory work
- Errors, interruptions, or unavailability of this website
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability in respect of any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
9. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked website. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
10. Privacy
The collection and use of personal data in connection with this website and our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of this website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
